Délifrance Asia has grown from strength to strength with more than 230 outlets in Singapore,
Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, China (Shanghai), Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Brunei, Sabah and Sarawak.
Délifrance Asia has exclusive rights to own, operate and franchise outlets under the Délifrance trademark in territories which include the whole of China, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Fiji, Guam, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.
Délifrance offers a comprehensive menu of wholesome cuisine to whet the appetite of consumers. Its team of experienced chefs and master bakers are committed to continuously expand the range of new and delicious items in response to the ever-changing consumers' taste and expectations for good value gourmet meals.
Délifrance currently operates 3 retail concepts, namely Bistro Délifrance, Délifrance Café and Délifrance Bakery or Bake-off kiosks (including Bakery Express Corners at petrol stations and selected supermarkets).
Bistro Délifrance - French all day casual dining
This is a casual dining full service concept serving a wide variety of French gourmet hot meals, signature sandwiches and desserts, throughout the day. The new chic interior and layout comes complete with pendant lightings, booth seating, self-serve bakery, and table service allowing customers to place their orders at leisure. There will always be something different and exciting in the interiors of every new Bistro, as Délifrance grows. Located at major malls, suburb malls, city, standalone outlet in crowded housing estates, All-day dining trade and possible 24-hour operations.
Délifrance Café – Unique French café-bakery experience
This is a café bakery offering a self-serve menu of Délifrance signature sandwiches and premium French bakery products including a hot meal selection, as well as a self-serve bakery section. The enhanced café model offers an improved ordering system allowing customers to place orders at the counter and be served at the table. They are mainly located in the CBD (Central Business District), light night trade, with no weekend and holiday business.
Délifrance Bake-Off
The bake-off outlets offer a variety of fresh bakery products ranging from signature sandwiches, feuilletés, vennoiseries and madeleines on a daily basis.
How Délifrance’s Food is Produced and Distributed
All food products are produced to exacting standards at the HACCP certified Central Kitchen and Central Bakery Plant. Food production is governed by strict adherence to QA and SOP controls to ensure high standards of food hygiene, quality and consistency. At the Central Bakery Plant, Délifrance utilises the par bake process for its bakery products, where there are multiple lines for croissants, baguettes, sultana croissants and a separate pastry section. At the Central Kitchen, a vast majority of its hot meals are produced through the Sous Vide processing methodology. Délifrance Asia is the only restaurant chain in Asia to employ this Sous Vide process on a commercial scale.
