Cono Sur Winemaker Events – 19 & 20 Oct 2009
Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1993, with the vision of producing premium, expressive and innovative wines conveying the spirit of the New World. Motivated by the development of eco-friendly practices, for some years now Cono Sur has promoted the organic wine production in Chile, mainly because of the tremendous benefits organic culture brings for everyone: the environment, the consumer and the vineyards’ workers.
Mr. Adolfo Hurtado, the Chief Winemaker and General Manager of Cono Sur led us through Media lunch, The British Club members’ dinner, SHATEC training with Wine & Beverage students and Grand Hyatt Staff Training during his visit in Singapore.
