Castello Banfi Wine Dinner at Kuriya Penthouse - 30th November & 1st December 2011

We celebrated a night of fabulous Japanese course dinner created by Master Chef Yoshihiko Koezuka, paired with 6 distinctive wines from leading Italian brand, Castello Banfi and 6 types of “Reisen” sake by traditional sake brewery Gyokusendo Shuzou of Japan. Mr Atsushi Yamada, the owner of Gyokusendo and Mr Guillaume Blanchard, regional manager of S.E Asia for Castello Banfi joined guests to talk about their passions for sake and wine making. This unprecedented dinner event took place for 2 nights at Kuriya Penthouse.
